What THYMOS is

Training and progression

Structured programs

Choose from beginner foundations, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, dumbbell-only, bodyweight, hybrid barbell-and-calisthenics, and weighted-calisthenics programs. Programs are designed with progression, deloads, and practical structure in mind.

Effort-informed guidance

THYMOS records reps, load, and logged effort including RPE/RIR where used. When your history supports it, it can suggest adding weight, holding the current load, or returning lighter after a long break. A suggestion only changes your plan when you apply it.

Exercises that fit the session

Use the built-in exercise library or create custom exercises. Programs support exercise swaps when needed, so you can adapt a session without losing the structure behind it.

Warm-ups and set detail

Track warm-up, working, drop, back-off, AMRAP, failure, and superset sets, along with rest times, bodyweight, and external load. For supported strength exercises, THYMOS Pro can suggest warm-up sets based on your working weight.

Built for calisthenics and strength

THYMOS supports gym and home training: barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, bodyweight movements, and weighted calisthenics. For weighted pull-ups and dips, it can track bodyweight, external load, and total system weight rather than treating calisthenics like generic lifting.

Progress you can inspect

Training analytics

Review personal records, muscle-group heatmaps, set-type volume, exercise progress, clear 1RM estimates, workout history, and trends. Measured results stay distinct from estimates.

Your data stays yours

Core functionality works offline and does not require an account. Training data stays on your device unless you enable optional encrypted cloud backup and sync. THYMOS has no ads, social feed, follower system, leaderboards, or streak pressure.

Bring training history with you

THYMOS supports workout-history imports from Strong, Hevy, FitNotes, and supported spreadsheet files. It also exports your data as CSV and JSON.

Fast logging is still central

Log sets, reps, weight, effort, rest, bodyweight, and external load without turning the workout into admin. The rest timer and plate calculator are designed to support the session, not interrupt it.
