Barbell Plate Calculator
Tell it which plates your gym actually has. It works out what to load, and when your target cannot be made it says so and gives you the closest weight underneath instead of rounding up.

Your 1RM for bench press, squat or deadlift from any set. Brzycki and Epley with the arithmetic on screen, a training percentage table, and an honest refusal above 10 reps rather than a confident guess.
Open the 1RM calculator →Weighted Pull-Up Calculator
A 20 kg belt on an 80 kg lifter is not a 20 kg lift. Works out the total system weight you are really moving, for pull-ups, chin-ups, dips and band-assisted work.
Open the pull-up calculator →Why these three
They are the calculations THYMOS does for you during a session, pulled out and made free. Plate math you would otherwise do on your fingers between sets. An estimated one rep max, because comparing a set of 8 to a set of 3 needs one scale. And total system weight, because logging a weighted pull-up as "+20" throws away most of the information.
If you find yourself using these often, the app does all three inside your workout, offline, and remembers your gym's plates. If you never install it, the calculators still work. That is the whole deal.
All three, inside your workout. THYMOS runs these calculations as you log, offline, with no account. For the current product overview, read the THYMOS product facts and FAQ.
